IOCGrading.com Waiver of Liability for Trading Card Grading Services
This Waiver of Liability (“Waiver”) is entered into on [Date] between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as “IOCGrading.com,” and the undersigned client, hereinafter referred to as the “Card Owner.”
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
The Card Owner acknowledges and understands that the process of grading, encapsulating, and handling trading cards carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of damage, loss, theft, or mishandling of trading cards during the grading process.
2. Release and Waiver
In consideration of IOCGrading.com providing grading services for the trading card(s) identified below, the Card Owner hereby voluntarily and knowingly releases and discharges IOCGrading.com, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from or in connection with the grading, encapsulation, or handling of the trading card(s).
3. Assumption of Risk
The Card Owner assumes all risks associated with the grading services provided by IOCGrading.com, including but not limited to any risks related to the loss or damage of the trading card(s) submitted for grading.
4. Indemnification
The Card Owner agrees to indemnify and hold IOCGrading.com harmless from any claims or actions brought by third parties arising out of or in connection with the trading card(s) submitted for grading.
5. No Warranty
The Card Owner acknowledges that IOCGrading.com makes no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, or value of the trading card(s) submitted for grading.
6. Card Description
The Card Owner provides the following description of the trading card(s) submitted for grading:

7. Governing Law
